Polish herring likes swimming in the Balkan yogurt

Ingredients:

Balkan Yoghurt 340g

1 - 2 glasses of still mineral water

approximately 0.5 kg flaps of herring

squeezed juice of one lemon

onion diced or sliced

sugar and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Cut herring and place in a glass dish with onion in between. Stir yogurt with water, up to the consistency of the soup, season to taste with lemon juice, sugar and pepper. Pour such a yogurt on herring with onions. Leave overnight in the refrigerator. Serve with boiled potatoes.

 

 

Recipe for low fat cold cheese cake

Ingredients:

5 natural cheese 0% fat. Miss Talia 200g

2 fruit jellies

1 level tablespoon of gelatin

2 cups of boiled hot water

Preparation:

Dissolve jellies with gelatin in hot water and leave. When they start to solidify-add cheese. Mix thoroughly. Pour into any mold and refrigerate, up to the total concentration.

 

 

A delicious light cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 kg Yogurt Balkan

5 eggs

1/2 cup of oil

1 and 1 cup of sugar

3 puddings of cream flavour

canned peaches or raisins

lemon flavor

vanilla sugar

Preparation:

Whip egg yolks with the sugar, add the oil, cream puddings, and Balkan yoghurts. Stir everything together and then add the whipped egg foam . Add flavor. On a baking tray with shortcrust pastry or biscuit layer put a layer (about 1) of yogurt mass, put thinly sliced ​​canned peach slices or add raisins and cover with the rest of the mass. Bake for a considerable amount of time at 180 degrees C.
